Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all my guests, I do require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service total you were booked for. No call no shows will also be charged 50% of the service total you were booked for.
Exceptions:
- If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency or sickness
- For severe weather conditions or natural disasters
